ROSS Construction is proud to announce its appointment as the primary contractor for Grahame for the construction of the external envlope of the Wycliffe Park Retirement Village, a prestigious £80 million development located in Horsley Green near High Wycombe. This ambitious project represents a joint venture between Royal London Pension Property Fund and Audley Group, with ROSS Construction tasked with delivering a vital component of this exceptional retirement community.

The scope of ROSS Construction’s involvement in this endeavour encompasses the meticulous construction of the retirement village’s external wall. This crucial aspect of the project will ensure the safety, security, and aesthetics of the entire facility. Our team will bring to bear their expertise in construction to create a robust and visually appealing boundary for the development.

Specialist Accommodation.
The Wycliffe Park Retirement Village will feature 156 one and two-bedroom independent living apartments distributed across four blocks on the expansive 25-acre site. ROSS Construction worked diligently to ensure that the external wall complements the architectural excellence of the living spaces.

Communal Facilities.
In addition to the apartments, our team will construct essential communal facilities, including a central clubhouse. This clubhouse will serve as a hub for residents and will house amenities such as a reception area, restaurant, multi-purpose room, shop, laundry room, scooter storage, and management offices.

Spa and Leisure.
ROSS Construction is responsible for creating a spa within the development, featuring a swimming pool and a hairdressing salon. These facilities are integral to supporting the well-being and leisure activities of the retirement community.
